Anywho, here are some pictures of the results of

We had a bit of... an interesting time making these. At one point the liquid part of the mixture looked a bit like... well, you don't want to know. Really. Believe me. But I made a few changes to the order you add things in the recipe that should straighten that out. Just remember, this has been made a grand total of once. Ever. So there are bound to be some problems with it. Think of it as an adventure. :D
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
3/4 cup brewed hazelnut coffee
1 cup sour cream
1 cup nutella
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line 12 (1/3-cup) muffin cups with paper liners.
Into a bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Melt butter and in a small bowl whisk together with sour cream, nutella, egg, and vanilla.
Brew coffee. (I made it very, very strong. :P)
Stir butter mixture and coffee into flour mixture until just combined. Divide the batter among muffin cups (this batter is thick and will not run easily like other muffin batters) and bake in middle of oven until golden and a tester comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
I adapted it from a muffin recipe I found on foodnetwork.com, so if you have any suggestions to make it better, feel free to tell me. And we shall be making copious amounts of these at the subbit. *vbg*
