ANYWAY. There's been quite enough of that for the time being, I dare say. SO!
Here's a link to the song I've been listening to non-stop recently. It is so, so much shiny and happy. Te he he.
Parade -by CHABA
Grrr. And a rant for today. :/ I've been trying to find readable Kakashi/Sakura (don't look at me like that, I know I have problems! Don't judge me!) and... just keep remembering why I so rarely read het anymore. It's especially bad with this pairing, for some unknown reason. I can't seem to find a single damn thing that doesn't involve Kakashi as the big, strong, powerful man and Sakura as the girl who puts of a resistence but secretly loves his alpha male charms. RIPPING OUT MY HAIR. Why do people find this appealing? It just... ARGH. I know, I know. I go to Oberlin. Possibly I don't have a normal perspective on this but lack of consent is not hot. I like my relationships to take place on equal ground, thank you very much. It's part of the appeal of slash. For all the stupid top/bottom tropes, when you start out with two guys you sort of automatically cancel out at least some of the horrid adherence to sexist gender roles that are written into het all the bloody time.
Someone should write me lovely One Big Happy Team Seven fic some time. (NaruSasu, KakaSaku) I would love you forever and ever.
